Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy
I’m reading it on my iPhone because I can hold the phone with one hand while I feed baby. This is another one I’ve tried to read before but never finished. Since it’s one many people have told me is a “must-read,” I’m determined to finish it even if baby grows into solid foods before I finish.

The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien
I tried to read it years ago and got a third of the way through and stopped. This time, I’m determined to finish it even though my reading time has been seriously limited by having a newborn in the house.
